Letter Packet

Medical, dental, podiatry, and optometry school applicants may choose to utilize PHA's recommendation delivery service even if they are not receiving a Composite Letter. PHA will collect and deliver at least three and a maximum of four recommendation letters in a Letter Packet, combined into one PDF and sent to centralized application services (CAS) upon request.
Students are eligible to apply for a letter packet as a junior, senior, and/or alum up to three years post-graduation.  Individual letters of recommendation included in a Letter Packet must be requested and dated within the current application cycle. Letter Packets from previous application cycles cannot be reused; a new Letter Packet must be created for each cycle.

Instructions for applying for a Letter Packet, through the LOR Hub, will be made available in May each year. Applications are processed and delivered on a rolling basis from May-August.
